App not installed
The most common BDG Game install error, and the vaguest, is 'app not installed'. Three causes account for nearly all of it. The install permission for Chrome was not switched on, so Android silently refused; go to Settings, Apps, Chrome, Install unknown apps and allow it.
The download ended early on mobile data, leaving a truncated file; delete it and download again on Wi-Fi. Or a previous install with a different signature is still present, which points to an earlier file that was not genuine; uninstall that app first. If the message persists after all three, restart the phone and try once more.
Parse error, or 'there was a problem parsing the package'
A parse error means Android could not read the BDG Game file as a valid package. Nine times out of ten it is an incomplete download; compare the file size in Downloads against what Chrome reported, and redownload if they differ.
The remaining cases are an APK built for a newer Android version than the phone runs, which no download can fix, or a file that was never an APK at all, which is a sign it came from the wrong place.
